    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To discuss Elder Options’ Area Plan on Aging for 2020-2022 and inform participants of the Older Americans Act services that Elder Options is proposing to provide directly: Chronic Disease Self-Management, Diabetes Self-Management, Matter of Balance, Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance, Enhance Wellness, Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives for Seniors (PEARLS), Caregiver Training/Support (example: Savvy Caregiver), and Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program (aka Tai Chi for Arthritis), Tomando Control de su Alud, Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes, Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP), Chronic Pain Self-Management, Powerful Tools for Caregivers, and Home Meds.. Participants will have the opportunity to make public comments.
