The Public Employees Relations Commission hereby gives notice: On June 5, 2020, the Public Employees Relations Commission issued a final order in Case No. MS-2020-019 granting an unopposed emergency petition for variance from Florida Administrative Code Rule 60CC-4.002 filed by Samuel Badger and the United Faculty of Florida. The variance allows the Petitioners to conduct all aspects of a ratification election electronically through July 6, 2020. The Public Employees Relations Commission determined that the Petitioners had demonstrated an emergency existed and that they would suffer a substantial hardship if the variance was not granted. The petition was filed on May 21, 2020, and the notice of receipt of the petition was published on May 26, 2020, on the Commission’s website and in Volume 46, Number 102 F.A.R. No comments were received to the petition.
