    40E-6.011:Policy and Purpose

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 30, 2013, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Florida Department of Transportation, Application No. 13-0530-2M, Permit (MOD) Number 32 for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the L-14 Canal requesting authorization to allow for the installation of guardrail at the SE corner of the existing SR715 bridge; Section 31, Township 43S, Range 37E; Palm Beach County. The petition seeks relief from subsections 40E.6011(4) & (6), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs the placement of permanent and/or semi-permanent above-ground structures within 40 feet of the top of the canal bank within Works and Lands of the District.
