The Department of Environmental Protection hereby gives notice:

that on June 7, 2018, the Department issued an Order granting petition for variance from Petitioner, Harbour Ridge Property Owner’s Association, Inc. The Petition was received on April 6, 2018. Notice of receipt of this Petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on April 19, 2018. The petition requested a variance from subsection 62-610.462(3), F.A.C., to reduce staffing to Class C operator 3 hours per day, 5 days per week and one visit of one-hour duration during the weekend. No public comment was received. The Order, OGC No.18-0190; DEP File No. FLA013986-012-VO, granted the Petition to subsection 62-610.462(3), F.A.C., based on a showing that Petitioner demonstrated that the purpose of the underlying statute would be achieved by use of the automated reject system and alarm notification to the operator and that a strict application of the rule would result in substantial hardship to Petitioner
