    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Timothy J. Warren. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 6, Section 608, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition, filed on May 25, 2018, seeks to find out if Petitioner, as a licensed plumbing contractor, is allowed to replace and existing back flow prevention assembly. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
