NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has received the petition for declaratory statement from Global Liberty Insurance Company of New York. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of 324.032(1)(a) as it applies to the petitioner.
