NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 7, 2018, the Department of Health received an Emergency Petition for Variance from Treadwell Nursery. The petition seeks a variance of the requirement of Rule 64-4.004, F.A.C., for petitioner to begin dispensing by June 15, 2018 or have its approval revoked.
