Skanska USA Building, Inc. (Skanska) has been selected by the University of South Florida as Construction Manager to organize and manage the construction of the Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute in Tampa, Florida. Skanska, is currently soliciting bid proposals from Subcontractor Bidders for the Work Categories listed below.
Bid Package 05: Landscape/Hardscape

The Bid Manual which outlines the exact requirements related to the bid proposals that are being solicited will be issued on Thursday, 6/13/2019. Please see below for additional important bid dates for Bid Package 05 and do not hesitate to contact me with any questions and we look forward to receiving your firm’s bid.
· 6/13 – Bid Manual issued
· 6/21 – Last Day of RFI’s Due. Please Submit RFI’s as you review the documents.
· 6/28 – Issue Addendum for RFI responses.
· 7/9 – Sealed Bids Due at 2PM to the Skanska Trailer office (200 S Caesar St, Tampa, FL 33602).
