NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 34, February 19, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The following change is made in response to written comments received from members of the public.

 

62-331.226 General Permit for Specific Reversion Activities

(1) through (3) No change.

(4) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 62-331.200(3)(c) through (j), F.A.C. 62-331.060(3)(c) through (i), F.A.C., notice of intent to use this general permit, other than submittal of the information in paragraph (3)(d), above, is not required for activities authorized under this general permit.

(5) No change.
