The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on February 14, 2014, by Gerald R. Laschober. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 40, No. 37, of the February 24, 2014, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a waiver or variance of Rule 61G4-15.006, F.A.C., which requires financial responsibility and stability in order to obtain a license.
