NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 43 No. 68, April 7, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The proposed rule contained the following technical error: (5)(a)4.a.: Own, carry, possess, or have in my constructive possession a firearm or ammunition. (emphasis added). The proposed rule is hereby corrected to read:
(5)(a)4.a. Own, carry, possess, or have in your constructive possession a firearm or ammunition.
