NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 11, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b) Florida Administrative Code (05/18/2021) and Non-Competitive Application Package (Rev. 03-2021) and for Board Approval from Citrus Glen Preservation, Ltd. allowing Petitioner to change its organizational structure as reflected in Exhibit B to the petition prior to the MMRB loan closing, and approve the Developer entity change as reflected in Exhibit D to the petition.
