Final Order, DEO-14-071
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-14-071 on June 12, 2014, following receipt of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction from the Division of Administrative Hearings in DOAH CASE No. 14-1932BID and DEO FILE No. DEO 14-ITN-001-KH, in response to a bid protest filed by Monster Government Solutions, LLC against the State of Florida, Department of Economic Opportunity.
The Department rescinded its rejection of all competitive sealed replies for ITN No. 14-ITN-001-KH, rescinded its withdrawal of ITN No. 14-ITN-001-KH, recommenced negotiations with Monster Government Solutions, LLC in accordance with ITN No. 14-ITN-001-KH, and attached and incorporated the terms of the Settlement Agreement, dated June 6, 2014, into the Final Order.
