NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 09, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for St Vincent’s Medical Center at 4205 Belfort Rd, Jacksonville, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.27, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators car operating panel which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
