NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Florida Public Service Commission that Florida Power & Light Company, Duke Energy Florida, LLC, Tampa Electric Company, Gulf Power Company, and Florida Public Utilities Company’s petition for waiver from paragraph 25-17.015(1)(b), Florida Administrative Code, filed March 9, 2018, in Docket No. 20180002-EG was approved by the Commission by Order No. PSC-2018-0244-PAA-EG, issued May 10, 2018, consummated by Order No. PSC-2018-0285-CO-EG, issued June 4, 2018.   The rule addresses the annual estimated/actual true-up filings for energy conservation cost recovery. The petition was approved on the basis that the purpose of the underlying statute would be achieved by other means and application of the rule would create substantial hardship. Notice of the petition was published in the FAR on March 14, 2018.
