Board of Chiropractic Medicine
The Board of Chiropractic Medicine hereby gives notice:
of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on August 17, 2017, by Mark Hudson, D.C. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 43, No. 164, of the August 23, 2017, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a variance from or a waiver of subsection 64B2-13.004(3), F.A.C, specifically waiving the criteria for approval of an online continuing education course. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on September 25, 2017, by telephone conference call. The Board’s Order, filed on June 8, 2018, denied the petition as moot because the Board approved the continuing education course in another proceeding.
