NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Children and Families has received the petition for declaratory statement from Amethyst Recovery Center, LLC. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of sections 397.487 and 397.4871, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

In particular, petitioner seeks a declaration whether a treatment facility licensed for Day or Night Treatment with Community Housing is required to comply with voluntary certification as a recovery residence.
