NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jeffrey C. Poppe, filed on April 25, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 489.505(8), F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition seeks the agency’s opinion regarding subsection 489.505(8), F.S. as to whether a license is required for equipment installation, as described in the Petition, using a bucket truck at a working height of approximately 35 feet to 45 feet. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
