The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On June 12, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from subsection 67-48.0072(26), Florida Administrative Code (6/23/20) from Blue CASL Dade, LLC, extending Petitioner’s loan closing deadline from May 30, 2023, to August 28, 2023. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on May 18, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 19, 2023, in Vol. 49, Number 98 F.A.R.
