NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 12, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for of paragraph 67-48.004(3)(f) (July 11, 2019) from Orangewood Preservation, LP, waiving the restriction against changing the Development Category after the submission of an application for the Petitioner's application.
