NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 14, January 22, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee (JAPC). Changes are being made as follows:

1. The application forms are being changed to address fingerprint issues regarding statutory changes which became effective on January 1, 2013.
2. Statutory references contained in the applications and in the law implemented citations of the rule are being changed.
