64B5-7.0035Temporary Certificate Requirements for Dentists Practicing in State and County Government Facilities
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on June 10, 2013, the Board of Dentistry received a petition for Sudeep A. Rao, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B5-7.0035(5), Florida Administrative Code, which states the Board shall cancel a temporary certificate if the temporary certificate holder has failed the Florida dental licensure examination. The Board will address the Petition at its next scheduled meeting.
