NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by TMX Finance of Florida, Inc. d/b/a InstaLoan on March 15, 2019. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:

On June 13, 2019, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order on Petition for Declaratory Statement. The Office determined that Petitioner's proposed activity, as described in the Petition and as restated in the Findings of Fact, does not require Petitioner to issue a lien release or satisfaction when a borrower refinances a single payment, 30-day term loan with Petitioner.******The original petition was published March 26, 2019 in the Florida Administrative Register Volume 45, Number 59.
