PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is amending its General Provisions Rule Chapter to include existing Due Process Procedures in the Commissions rules and to incorporate into rule by reference existing Delegations of Authority from the Commission to the Executive Director.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The subject area of the rulemaking is due process procedures and delegations of authority.
