Thomas, President/CEO of Pinch A Penny. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the 2010 Florida Building Code as it applies to the petitioner.
The petitioner requests clarification of the Code’s requirements for replacing broken motors on residential swimming pool pumps, and whether this is considered a repair or an alteration.
