INVITATION TO BID
The State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) requests bids from State of Florida registered licensed General Contractors (GC), Land Preparation Contractors, Parking Facility Construction Contractors, or Landscape Contractors for the following project located at Bradenton National Guard Armory, FL.

PROJECT: 216025 Additional POV Parking Stabilization.
FUNDING: The State of Florida's performance and obligation to pay under this contract is contingent upon availability of funding and an annual appropriation by the Legislature.
BID OPENING DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System (late bids will not be accepted)
MANDATORY PRE-BID/SITE VISIT DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System
STATEMENT OF WORK: Provide all labor and materials necessary to stabilize the parking area east of Armory building.
The Department reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the DMA.
