The Florida Sheriffs Association and the Florida Association of Counties invite interested vendors, including Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Dealers/Certified Representatives to submit responses in accordance with these solicitation documents. The Florida Sheriffs Association will serve as the “Contract Administrator” in the solicitation process and the administration of the resulting contract. The purpose of this bid is to establish a twelve (12) month contract, beginning October 1, 2017 and ending September 30, 2018, with manufacturer’s authorized dealers for the purchase of 2017-2018 vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment on a “no trade-in basis.”
All prospective bidders are required to attend the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting.

The Florida Sheriffs Association and Florida Association of Counties invite interested bidders to submit bid proposals for 2017-2018 Police Rated, Administrative, Utility Vehicles, Trucks& Vans.
This contract shall be awarded to the lowest and best responsive bidder by specification, by manufacturer, by zone.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the posting thereof.
Bidders are hereby advised that the Florida Sheriffs Association reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or separate portions thereof, and to waive any irregularity, technicality or omission if the FSA determines that doing so will serve in the FSA’s best interest. The FSA may also reject any Response not submitted in the manner specified by the solicitation documents.
