NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 13, 2017, the Florida Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Jim King, representing Eljen Corporation. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from paragraphs 64E-6.009(3)(d), (3)(e), (4), (7)(d), (7)(e), paragraph 64E-6.014(5)(b) and paragraph 64E-6.026(1), FAC, Florida Administrative Code, which provide for system sizing and loading rates, product labeling, and proximity of the distribution lines to the drainfield sidewall.
