NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received a petition for declaratory statement from David R. Abercrombie on May 2, 2017. Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to which contracting license applies to an above ground storage tank construction business in Florida. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
