    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Tyler Edwards, on May 23, 2017.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105(3)(5), F.S., and the CILB definition of class codes for sheet metal contractor, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner’s question to the Board is: Is a Certified Sheet Metal Contractor allowed to install, maintain, repair, alter, extend, and design ventilated commercial hood systems including ductwork in connection with a complete hood system? Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
