- The Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA) conducted a study on the Florida McKinney-Vento Program (FMVP) and provided recommendations to the Florida Department of Education, including required training for school district McKinney-Vento liaisons and other relevant staff, and to require dissemination of a student housing questionnaire for identification. This rule incorporates these recommendations and is aligned to the ESSA State Plan.
