NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from Fraluma, LLC. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 520, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

On 6/12/2020, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (Consumer Finance) received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Fraluma, LLC. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Office as to whether its business model (to purchase motor vehicle retail installment contracts from a licensed Sales Finance Company that would continue the servicing of the contracts) would require licensure under Chapter 520, Florida Statutes.
