The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On June 11, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting a waiver from paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b) and subsections 67-21.002(9), (85) F.A.C. (2018) for Hidden Grove Housing LP, to allow the Petitioner to maintain a trust at the third principal disclosure level and a natural person at the fourth level, as set forth in the Petition. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The amended petition was filed on May 8, 2020 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 12, 2020 in Vol. 46, Number 93 F.A.R.
