The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On June 11, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting a waiver from subparagraph 67-21.48.023(2)(r)(6) and paragraphs 67-21(13)(e) and 67-48.0072(17)(f) F.A.C. for Hilltop Pointe, LP, to permit Developer's General Contractor to self-perform a portion of the site work as described in the Petition for the Development. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on May 12, 2020 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 14, 2020 in Vol. 46, Number 95 F.A.R.
