NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on June 13, 2013, the Board of Massage Therapy received a petition for Frank X. Lovato, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B7-25.004, which requires an applicant for licensure by endorsement to complete a current curriculum course from a Board approved school covering the Florida Statutes and rules related to massage therapy. The Board will address this petition at its next meeting.
