NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 27, February 10, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
58A-6.009 Basic Services.
(1) No change.
(2) To be licensed as an Adult Day Care Center, the Center shall conduct and document a count of all Participants present in the Center a minimum of three times throughout each day. The count must be reconciled against the Participants’ attendance record to ensure Participants are not missing. The Center is responsible for the Personal Supervision of all Participants to ensure the Participants’ safety and welfare.
