NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 5, 2015, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice received a petition for permanent variance or waiver of Rule 64B17-3.001, F.A.C., filed by Ivis Garcia, regarding the requirement that it be demonstrated to the Board that applicant received a diploma from a program in physical therapy in a foreign country and received a determination that the credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for August 6, 2015.
