Docket No. 20180049-EI – In re: Evaluation of storm restoration costs for Florida Power & Light Company related to Hurricane Irma.

DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, July 9, 2019, immediately following the hearing in Docket No. 201900072-EI, In re: Petition for limited proceeding to approve second solar base rate adjustment by Duke Energy Florida, LLC.

PLACE: Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE HEARING:

The purpose of this hearing shall be to receive testimony and exhibits regarding the evaluation of storm restoration costs for Florida Power & Light Company related to Hurricane Irma and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing. The commission may rule on any such motions from the bench or may take the matters under advisement. This proceeding shall: (1) allow the parties to present evidence and testimony in support of their positions; and (2) allow for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate.
