INVITATIONS TO NEGOTIATE (ITN) 34349 – GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE

Submittals were received for this solicitation on May 10, 2019. The District held its first and second evaluation committee meetings regarding this solicitation on May 23, 2019, and an additional evaluation committee meeting on June 5, 2019. These meetings were held at District headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177.

Due to the continuation of the evaluation committee meeting(s), the scheduled oral presentations and negotiations on June 5, 2019, from the shortlisted respondents, was cancelled and has been rescheduled to begin at 9:00 am on July 2, 2019.

If any person decides to appeal a decision made by the District with respect to any matter considered at the additional meetings, he or she will need a record of the meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal would be based.
