NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 04, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a permanent variance from Rules 2.20.4 and 8.7.2.27.4, A17.1, 2005 which requires ropes of at least 9.5 mm in diameter and replacement of the controller with one that meets the current code from Lee Rigby on behalf of Ringling Square in Sarasota (VW 2009-186).
