The Florida Department of Transportation District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: June 26, 2014, 4:30 p.m. ‒ 6:30 p.m.

PLACE: Regency Square Library, 9900 Regency Square Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32225

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This public hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Number 430911-1, otherwise known as Atlantic Boulevard (SR 10) from Arlington Expressway to East of Monument Road, Duval County, Florida. The proposed safety improvements include the reconstruction of eastbound Arlington Expressway and Atlantic Blvd. between the west entrance of the Regency Square Mall and Monument Road. Some entrance modifications and closures on Arlington Expressway and Atlantic Blvd. will be necessary as part of the improvements. These changes will enhance traffic flow in the area and provide safer access to local businesses.
