The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On June 15, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b), F.A.C. for Lake Beulah, Ltd., granting an extension of the Firm Commitment Deadline from July 5, 2018 to September 18, 2018. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on May 18, 2018 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 21, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 99, F.A.R.
