Rule 69K-5.0021, F.A.C.-The proposed rule amendment is intended to modify, clarify and update language regarding application for preneed branch office licensure. Rule 69K-5.003, F.A.C.-The proposed rule amendment is intended to modify, clarify and update language regarding application for preneed sales agent license and appointment. Rule 69K-5.012, F.A.C.-The proposed rule amendment is intended to modify, clarify and update language regarding application and renewal procedures for broker of burial rights license.
