INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE (ITN) 34349 – GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE

Submittals were received for this solicitation on May 10, 2019. The District held evaluation committee meetings at District Headquarters regarding this solicitation on May 23, 2019 and on June 5, 2019. Oral presentations and negotiations have been previously advertised to begin at 9:00 am on July 2, 2019.

The District’s Evaluation Committee will meet at 9:00 am on July 10, 2019, to review and rank the Best-and-Final Offers (BAFOs) for the health plans and decide which of the plans best meets the needs of the District.

If any person decides to appeal a decision made by the District with respect to any matter considered at the additional meetings, he or she will need a record of the meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal would be based.
