NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 17, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraphs 67-21.026(13)(e) and 67-48.0072(17)(f) Florida Administrative Code (7-11-19) from Ambar Trail, Ltd., such that the General Contractor may perform construction or inspection work that is normally performed by subcontractors.
