The Department of Children and Families hereby gives notice: An order was issued disposing of the petition for variance from subsection 65C-15.010(3), Florida Administrative Code, from 26Health Inc. The notice of variances and waivers was published in Vol. 50, No. 46 of the Florida Administrative Register on March 5, 2024. Subsection 65C-15.010(3) requires a child-placing agency to have its financial records audited annually. A report of this audit shall be available to the Department at the licensed locating during normal business hours.
The petition for variance was dismissed because Petitioner filed a written withdrawal of the request.
