NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 28, 2015, the Board of Acupuncture received a petition for variance or waiver of Rule 64B1-4.0011, F.A.C., filed by Jay Xue Chang, regarding the requirement that each applicant submit official transcripts directly from the institution(s) at which the requirements were completed.
