NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services has received the petition for declaratory statement from Choice Plus, LLC on May 25, 2017. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 717.124, 717.12404, 717.135, 717.1351, Florida Statutes (2016) as they apply to the petitioner.
