The Department of Management Services, E911 Board hereby gives notice:

of the issuance of a Notice regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver for Glades County, filed on April 22, 2020. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Volume 46, No. 83, of the April 28, 2020, Florida Administrative Register. The Petitioner sought a variance or waiver of Rule 60FF-5.002(4), F.A.C., regarding the requirement that the grant application package be postmarked or delivered by hand or email on or before April 1. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on May 13, 2020. The Boards Order, filed on May 26, 2020, grants the Petition for variance or waiver, finding that the purpose of the underlying statute, 365.173(2)(g), F.S., has been achieved by the tardy submission of the additional amount of maintenance agreement.
