NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 25, February 6, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to concerns stated by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in letters dated February 15, 2013, and May 16, 2013. The changes are as follows:
Rule 61G5-32.001(6)(a)1. shall read as “ A completed application on a form prescribed by the department, copies of which may be obtained from the Board office.”
Rule 61G5-32.001(7)(c)1. shall read as “ A completed application on a form prescribed by the department, copies of which may be obtained from the Board office.”
